Samples can be provided at your request and typically do not involve any charges
unless exotic, specialty materials are required. We are most successful with low-to-medium
quantity levels; approximately 2 to 10,000 pieces depending upon the complexity
of the part and required delivery times. Most small orders are shipped within 3-4
weeks after receipt of order when raw materials are readily available. Partial shipments
are always accommodated when needs are immediate. We work with 12 -40AWG for most
product, with as large as 10AWG on occasion. Concentration is on ferrite and powder
cores with some production of strip-wound cored current transformers. Toroidal winding
capability includes automated shuttle, pneumatic hook, and hand-winding. Bobbin
winding includes multiple-head, traverse-guided and hand guided machines.

We offer an array of off the shelf, standard products. We stock adequate quantities available for sampling and can typically produce product within a week .
